The Challenge

Our client, a major food and beverage manufacturer, was looking to connect with Millennials who were moving away from their core products in favor of smaller more niche brands and healthier alternatives.

The Approach

The simple solution here would have been to develop an innovation pipeline of new Millennial-focused products, but we took a different route.

 

The Strategy

Egg helped design and refine a creative mentorship program which expanded the brand’s influence beyond packaged goods into a fashion line, a film production company and an arts venue space to display creative work.
