		<description>Much agreed.  This is a perfect example of the types of ideas that internal communications teams should provide to employees (who are the front line in a service industry).  It’s easy to get complacent when it comes to the day to day ops in this type of environment and with reminders /praise for employees that show this type of customer service will pay off for the brand in the long run.</description>
