This is some very clever guerilla advertising for Orbit gum (from Wrigley). They are paying street artists to paint heads around filthy cracks in the pavement. The tagline: “Dirty mouth? Try Orbit”
You’ve got to love something inexpensive, witty and memorable. And decidedly on-brand.
