Tom Trenta, Managing Director in our Chicago office, is pleased to announce three new team members:

Mike Flynn, Director: Mike joins us from Leo Burnett, and previously co-founded Bamboo, an innovation and experiential marketing firm.

Carol Dorf, Senior Strategist. Focusing on creating strategies for women’s brands, Carol was most recently the VP/Brand Strategy at DDB providing strategic guidance to McDonald's and State Farm.

Justine Erickson, Strategist: Justine is our newest quantitative expert, and was most recently Research Director at C&R, a Chicago research firm.

Jonathan Rodd, Director: Most recently the Chocolate Segment Director for Mars UK, Jonathan developed Smirnoff Twisted V and launched Smithwick’s Ale while an Innovation Director at Diageo N.A. |

Brian Lanahan, Director: Formerly of Character LLC in Portland, which he co-founded, Brian led story and innovation work for Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay and General Mills. His past experience also includes eight years as a brand manager at Coca-Cola. |
